In Monday's non-league outing, the BASIS Red Giants (Washington, DC) basketball squad beat the host BASIS Independent Red-Tailed Hawks (McLean, VA), by a margin of 81-67.
The Red Giants (4-16) will now prepare for their outing against Don Bosco Cristo Rey (Takoma Park, MD). The Wolfpack go into the non-league outing with a 4-14 record. In their last outing, Don Bosco Cristo Rey defeated Rockbridge Academy (Millersville, MD), 47-41, in a non-league outing.
The Red-Tailed Hawks now own a 0-1 record.
