Moorestown Quakers (Moorestown, NJ) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Cherokee Chiefs (Marlton, NJ), 59-49 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Moorestown upgrades its record to 15-7 on the season. The Quakers travel to Westampton Tech (Westampton, NJ) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 15. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 19-5. Westampton Tech won 60-51 in their recent non-league bout against Pemberton (Pemberton, NJ)

Next up, the Chiefs clash with the Eastern Vikings (Voorhees, NJ) in a Freelance bout, on Thursday, February 16. Cherokee will attempt to upgrade on its 15-10 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 15-10 record after their 56-49 non-league win over Haddonfield (Haddonfield, NJ).
