Maryland High School Basketball - Hereford nips Manchester Valley

Hereford Bulls (Parkton, MD) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Manchester Valley Mavericks (Manchester, MD), 49-44 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Hereford upgrades its record to 15-5 on the campaign. The Bulls travel to Randallstown (Randallstown, MD) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 15. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 8-10. Randallstown won 69-51 in their recent non-league bout against Lansdowne (Baltimore, MD)
Next up, the Mavericks play the Westminster Owls (Westminster, MD) in a Carroll County bout, on Wednesday, February 15. Manchester Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 10-10 season record. The Owls come into the bout with a 8-13 record after their 50-45 league win over Owings Mills (Owings Mills, MD).
