Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Prescott Cardinals (Prescott, WI) and the visiting River Falls Wildcats (River Falls, WI), saw Prescott's basketball squad knock off River Falls by a count of 86-67.
With the victory, Prescott upgrades its record to 17-5 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Ellsworth (Ellsworth, WI) to play the Panthers in a Middle Border challenge on Friday, February 17. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 3-14. Ellsworth lost 80-57 in their recent non-league challenge against New Richmond (New Richmond, WI)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Eau Claire North Huskies (Eau Claire, WI) in a Big Rivers challenge, on Thursday, February 16. River Falls will attempt to upgrade on its 12-8 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 2-18 record after their 76-75 non-league loss to La Crosse Logan (La Crosse, WI).
