The St. John's Prep Eagles basketball team (Danvers, MA), was overwhelmed 92-70 in Monday's non-league battle with the host St. Mary's Spartans (Lynn, MA)
The Spartans now possess a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop Feehan for a Catholic Central - Large battle on Tuesday, February 14. St. Mary's will confront a Shamrocks team coming off a 85-74 league loss to Cardinal Spellman (Brockton, MA). The Shamrocks record now stands at 9-7.
The Eagles (6-13) will now prepare for their battle against Wachusett Regional (Holden, MA). The Mountaineers come into the non-league battle with a 6-10 record.
