The Montgomery County Indians basketball team (Mt. Sterling, KY), dropped 74-66 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Blazer Tomcats (Ashland, KY)
The Tomcats now possess a 21-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Menifee County for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 16. Blazer will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 54-53 non-league win over Greenup County (Greenup, KY). The Wildcats record now stands at 13-9.
The Indians (18-11) will now prepare for their battle against Berea (Berea, KY). The Pirates come into the non-league battle with a 9-9 record. In their last battle, Berea dropped by Bryan Station (Lexington, KY), 35-31, in a non-league battle.
