In Monday's non-league outing, the Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart Mustangs (Hector, MN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Sibley East Wolverines (Arlington, MN), by a margin of 69-26.
The Mustangs (22-1) will now prepare for their outing against Wabasso (Wabasso, MN). The Rabbits go into the non-league outing with a 11-10 record. In their last outing, Wabasso smashed Tracy-Milroy-Balaton (Tracy, MN), 52-38, in a league outing.
The Wolverines now own a 6-16 record. They play next when they host Maple River for a AA Section 2 outing on Thursday, February 16. Sibley East will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 64-62 non-league loss to Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton (Janesville, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 14-9.
