In Monday's league outing, the Southwest Christian Stars (Chaska, MN) basketball squad felled the visiting Central Raiders (Norwood-Young America, MN), by a margin of 64-55.
The Stars (17-7) will now prepare for their outing against Heritage Christian Academy (Maple Grove, MN). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 13-2 record. In their last outing, Heritage Christian Academy thwarted Legacy Christian Academy (Andover, MN), 62-46, in a league outing.
The Raiders now own a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Belle Plaine for a AA Section 2 outing on Tuesday, February 14. Central will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 56-46 non-league win over Lester Prairie (Lester Prairie, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 5-17.
