In Monday's non-league outing, the Englewood Pirates (Englewood, CO) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting KIPP Denver Collegiate White Tigers (Denver, CO), by a margin of 39-13.
The Pirates (16-6) will now prepare for their outing against Middle Park (Granby, CO). The Panthers go into the 4A Frontier outing with a 10-12 record. In their last outing, Middle Park was trounced by Bennett (Bennett, CO), 60-45, in a non-league outing.
The White Tigers now own a 5-13 record. They play next when they travel to Jefferson for a 3A Frontier outing on Thursday, February 16. KIPP Denver Collegiate will clash with a Saints squad coming off a 52-47 league loss to Middle Park (Granby, CO). The Saints record now stands at 9-9.
