Williamson Marauders (Williamson, NY) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Geneva Panthers (Geneva, NY), 51-34 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Williamson upgrades its record to 4-12 on the season.
Next up, the Panthers clash with the Waterloo Indians (Waterloo, NY) in a Section 5 Finger Lakes - East bout, on Wednesday, February 15. Geneva will attempt to upgrade on its 1-18 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 16-1 record after their 60-40 non-league win over Hornell (Hornell, NY).
