In Monday's non-league match, the host Stevenson Patriots basketball team scored a decisive 52-14 triumph over the Highland Park Giants.
In their next game, the Patriots meet the Lake Zurich Bears (Lake Zurich, IL) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 16. Stevenson will attempt to move on its 21-11 season record. The Bears enter the match with a 24-7 record after their 62-38 non-league win over Grant Community (Fox Lake, IL).
With the defeat, Highland Park moves to 12-14 on the year.
