Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the McDonell Central Macks (Chippewa Falls, WI) and the visiting Phillips Loggers (Phillips, WI), saw McDonell Central's basketball squad knock off Phillips by a tally of 61-45.

With the victory, McDonell Central improves its record to 20-3 on the campaign.

Next up, the Loggers play the Abbotsford Falcons (Abbotsford, WI) in a Marawood - North challenge, on Thursday, February 16. Phillips will attempt to improve on its 17-3 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 12-6 record after their 43-41 non-league loss to Assumption (Wisconsin Rapids, WI).
