Texas High School Basketball - Overton overwhelmed by McLeod

The McLeod Longhorns basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the host Overton Mustangs to 21 in the Longhorns non-league victory on Monday.

The Longhorns now sport a 21-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chireno for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 16. McLeod will battle a Owls team coming off a 62-44 non-league win over Beckville (Beckville, TX). The Owls record now stands at 26-2.
