Florida High School Lacrosse - Alonso can't get by Newsome

In Monday's non-league test, the host Newsome Wolves lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-10 victory over the Alonso Ravens.

The Wolves now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Windermere for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 14. Newsome will play a Wolverines team coming off a 7-3 non-league win over Windermere Prep (Windermere, FL). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-0.

The Ravens (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Bloomingdale (Valrico, FL). The Bulls go into the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Bloomingdale was tipped by Steinbrenner (Lutz, FL), 15-0, in a non-league match.
