In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Ben Eielson Ravens (Eielson AFB, AK) basketball squad felled the host Effie Kokrine Charter Warriors (Fairbanks, AK), by a margin of 72-55.
The Ravens (3-15) will now prepare for their outing against Galena (Galena, AK). The Hawks go into the 3A Aurora outing with a 4-8 record. In their last outing, Galena was beaten by Delta (Delta Junction, AK), 59-39, in a non-league outing.
The Warriors now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Cordova for a 2A Interior outing on Friday, February 16. Effie Kokrine Charter will clash with a Wolverines squad coming off a 49-44 non-league loss to Seward (Seward, AK). The Wolverines record now stands at 5-5.
