McAuley Catholic Warriors (Joplin, MO) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Bronaugh Wildcats (Bronaugh, MO), 71-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, McAuley Catholic upgrades its record to 14-9 on the season. The Warriors host Jefferson Independent Day (Joplin, MO) to play the Cavaliers in a Ozark 7 bout on Thursday, February 15. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 3-21. Jefferson Independent Day lost 70-41 in their recent league bout against Verona (Verona, MO)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Pleasanton Blu-Jays (Pleasanton, KS) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 15. Bronaugh will attempt to upgrade on its 12-13 season record. The Blu-Jays go into the bout with a 12-6 record after their 57-47 non-league win over Varsity Opponent (, ).
