Colorado High School Basketball - Mountain Vista edges Douglas County

February 13, 2024: Castle Rock, CO 80104

The Mountain Vista Golden Eagles (Highlands Ranch, CO) basketball nipped the host Douglas County Huskies (Castle Rock, CO), 75-71 in Tuesday's league test.

The Golden Eagles (18-4) will now prepare for their test against ThunderRidge (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Grizzlies go into the 6A/5A Continental test with a 18-4 record. In their last test, ThunderRidge got by Regis Jesuit (Aurora, CO), 65-45, in a league test.

The Huskies now own a 14-8 record. They play next when they travel to Highlands Ranch for a 6A/5A Continental test on Friday, February 16. Douglas County will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 88-62 league loss to Chaparral (Parker, CO). The Falcons record now stands at 10-11.
