East Union Urchins (Blue Springs, MS) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Leflore County Tigers (Itta Bena, MS), 51-29 in a non-league bout.

With the win, East Union upgrades its record to 17-11 on the season. The Urchins travel to Philadelphia (Philadelphia, MS) to play the Tornadoes in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 17. The Tornadoes go into the bout with a record of 11-8. Philadelphia won 69-55 in their recent non-league bout against Bruce (Bruce, MS)
