In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Elliott County Lions basketball team scored a good 65-54 triumph over the St. Joseph Central Flyers.
In their next game, the Lions meet the Menifee County Wildcats (Frenchburg, KY) in a non-league match, on Monday, February 19. Elliott County will attempt to better on its 5-21 season record.
