The Tri-Unity Christian Defenders basketball team scored 63 points and held the host Grand River Prep to 55 in the Defenders league triumph on Tuesday.

The Defenders now sport a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Calvary Christian for a Alliance contest on Friday, February 16. Tri-Unity Christian will battle a Eagles team coming off a 69-47 league loss to Potter's House Christian (Wyoming, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 10-8.

The (11-5) will now prepare for their contest against Wellspring Prep (Grand Rapids, MI). The enter the Alliance contest with a 13-7 record. In their last contest, Wellspring Prep was defeated by Lee (Wyoming, MI), 74-66, in a league contest.
