The Kentucky Country Day Bearcats (Louisville, KY) basketball crushed the visiting Portland Christian Eagles (Louisville, KY), 78-33 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Bearcats (14-8) will now prepare for their test against John Hardin (Elizabethtown, KY). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 4-24 record. In their last test, John Hardin was trounced by Grayson County (Leitchfield, KY), 76-56, in a non-league test.

The Eagles now own a 3-19 record. They play next when they travel to Calvary Christian for a non-league test on Saturday, February 17. Portland Christian will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 65-26 non-league win over Robertson County (Mt. Olivet, KY). The Cougars record now stands at 11-19.
