Indiana High School Basketball - Winchester Community thwarted by Lapel

The Winchester Community Golden Falcons basketball team (Winchester, IN), was toppled 65-52 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Lapel Bulldogs (Lapel, IN)

The Bulldogs now possess a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Madison-Grant for a non-league battle on Friday, February 16. Lapel will confront a Argylls team coming off a 55-50 non-league loss to Southwood (Wabash, IN). The Argylls record now stands at 5-13.

The Golden Falcons (11-10) will now prepare for their battle against Northeastern (Fountain City, IN). The Knights come into the Tri-Eastern battle with a 15-6 record. In their last battle, Northeastern beat Tri (Straughn, IN), 49-34, in a league battle.
