The Viroqua Blackhawks basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the visiting Mauston Golden Eagles to 57 in the Blackhawks non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Blackhawks now sport a 9-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Luther for a Coulee contest on Friday, February 16. Viroqua will battle a Knights team coming off a 91-63 league win over Black River Falls (Black River Falls, WI). The Knights record now stands at 16-4.

The Golden Eagles (10-11) will now prepare for their contest against Wautoma (Wautoma, WI). The Hornets come into the South Central contest with a 15-5 record. In their last contest, Wautoma edged Weyauwega-Fremont (Weyauwega, WI), 100-79, in a non-league contest.
