Midview Middies (Grafton, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host North Olmsted Eagles (North Olmsted, OH), 70-67 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Midview upgrades its record to 12-8 on the season. The Middies travel to Elyria (Elyria, OH) to clash with the Pioneers in a Southwestern bout on Friday, February 16. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 13-6. Elyria won 67-47 in their recent non-league bout against Lakewood (Lakewood, OH)

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Westlake Demons (Westlake, OH) in a Great Lakes bout, on Friday, February 16. North Olmsted will attempt to upgrade on its 6-12 season record. The Demons go into the bout with a 9-10 record after their 61-58 non-league loss to Olmsted Falls (Olmsted Falls, OH).
