In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Altoona-Midway Jets (Buffalo, KS) basketball squad felled the visiting Yates Center Wildcats (Yates Center, KS), by a margin of 32-22.

The Jets (5-14) will now prepare for their outing against Jayhawk Linn (Mound City, KS). The Jayhawks go into the Three Rivers outing with a 14-4 record. In their last outing, Jayhawk Linn thwarted Marmaton Valley (Moran, KS), 40-36, in a non-league outing.

The Wildcats now own a 3-13 record. They play next when they travel to Crest for a non-league outing on Friday, February 16. Yates Center will clash with a Lancers squad coming off a 28-25 non-league win over Uniontown (Uniontown, KS). The Lancers record now stands at 14-5.
