Dixie Heights Colonels (Edgewood, KY) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Campbell County Camels (Alexandria, KY), 68-67 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Dixie Heights upgrades its record to 14-11 on the campaign. The Colonels host Scott (Covington, KY) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, February 16. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 17-9. Scott lost 45-31 in their recent non-league bout against Conner (Hebron, KY)

Next up, the Camels play the St. Henry Crusaders (Erlanger, KY) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 15. Campbell County will attempt to upgrade on its 16-9 season record. The Crusaders come into the bout with a 13-12 record after their 54-27 non-league loss to Highlands (Fort Thomas, KY).
