The Kent City Eagles basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Hart Pirates to 46 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Eagles now sport a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tri County Area for a Central State contest on Wednesday, February 14. Kent City will meet a Vikings team coming off a 55-25 league loss to Newaygo (Newaygo, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 2-13.

The Pirates (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against Hesperia (Hesperia, MI). The Panthers enter the Western Michigan - Other contest with a 3-15 record. In their last contest, Hesperia was nudged by Manistee (Manistee, MI), 46-11, in a non-league contest.
