The Lead-Deadwood Golddiggers basketball team (Lead, SD), was overwhelmed 66-23 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Wall Eagles (Wall, SD)

The Eagles now possess a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Belle Fourche for a non-league battle on Friday, February 16. Wall will confront a Broncs team coming off a 48-43 non-league win over Sturgis Brown (Sturgis, SD). The Broncs record now stands at 14-4.

The Golddiggers (0-19) will now prepare for their battle against Custer (Custer, SD). The Wildcats come into the A Region 8 battle with a 7-12 record. In their last battle, Custer was overwhelmed by Hill City (Hill City, SD), 64-49, in a league battle.
