Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Lyndon Tigers (Lyndon, KS) and the visiting Waverly Bulldogs (Waverly, KS), saw Lyndon's basketball squad hold off Waverly by a tally of 40-34.
With the victory, Lyndon improves its record to 10-8 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Madison (Madison, KS) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 16. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 13-5. Madison lost 50-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Chase County (Cottonwood Falls, KS)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Mission Valley Vikings (Eskridge, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 16. Waverly will attempt to improve on its 5-13 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 9-8 record after their 53-22 non-league win over Northern Heights (Allen, KS).
