Mendon Hornets (Mendon, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Tekonsha Indians (Tekonsha, MI), 52-21 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mendon upgrades its record to 15-2 on the season. The Hornets host Burr Oak (Burr Oak, MI) to play the Bobcats in a Southern Central bout on Thursday, February 15. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 9-7. Burr Oak won 40-33 in their recent league bout against Litchfield (Litchfield, MI)

Next up, the Indians play the Pittsford Wildcats (Pittsford, MI) in a Southern Central bout, on Friday, February 16. Tekonsha will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 12-4 record after their 57-26 non-league loss to Stockbridge (Stockbridge, MI).
