York Wildcats (York, ME) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Mountain Valley Falcons (Rumford, ME), 46-32 in a non-league bout.

With the win, York upgrades its record to 12-7 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Medomak Valley (Waldoboro, ME) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 17. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 14-4. Medomak Valley won 65-32 in their recent non-league bout against Maine Central Institute (Pittsfield, ME)
