In Tuesday's non-league outing, the West Caldwell Warriors (Lenoir, NC) basketball squad felled the host Bandys Trojans (Catawba, NC), by a margin of 55-47.

The Warriors (14-3) will now prepare for their outing against East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC). The Cavaliers go into the outing with a 6-14 record. In their last outing, East Burke was beaten by West Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC), 39-37, in a league outing.

The Trojans now own a 8-8 record. They play next when they host Bunker Hill for a non-league outing on Friday, February 16. Bandys will encounter a Bears squad coming off a 50-36 non-league win over Newton-Conover (Newton, NC). The Bears record now stands at 3-12.
