Southside Panthers (Gadsden, AL) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Coosa Eagles (Rome, GA), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Panthers confront the Albertville Aggies (Albertville, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 17. Southside will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Aggies enter the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 4-2 non-league win over Douglas (Douglas, AL).
The Eagles now possess a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cedartown for a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 15. Coosa will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Darlington (Rome, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-0.
