Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the Community Braves (Nevada, TX) and the host Princeton Panthers (Princeton, TX), witnessed Community's softball squad tip Princeton by a count of 10-5.

The Braves now sport a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Whitewright for a non-league match on Friday, February 16. Community will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 5-1 non-league loss to Bells (Bells, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 0-1.

The Panthers (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Van Alstyne (Van Alstyne, TX). The Panthers enter the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
