The Belle Chasse Cardinals baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting East Jefferson Warriors to 1 in the Cardinals non-league win on Thursday.

The Cardinals now hold a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Slidell for a non-league test on Friday, February 14. Belle Chasse will play a Tigers team coming off a 7-1 non-league win over Hahnville (Boutte, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 1-0.

With the defeat, East Jefferson drops to 1-1 on the year. The Warriors travel to Northshore (Slidell, LA) to play the Panthers in a non-league test on Friday, February 14. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 2-1. Northshore won 8-0 in their recent non-league test against Covington (Covington, LA)
