The Milton Panthers baseball team scored 11 runs and held the host Northview Chiefs to 5 in the Panthers non-league win on Thursday.

The Panthers now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Pine Forest for a non-league test on Friday, February 14. Milton will play a Eagles team coming off a 12-3 non-league loss to Fort Walton Beach (Fort Walton Beach, FL). The Eagles record now stands at 0-2.

With the defeat, Northview drops to 0-2 on the year. The Chiefs host Walton (DeFuniak Springs, FL) to play the Braves in a non-league test on Friday, February 14. The Braves go into the test with a record of 1-0. Walton won 8-3 in their recent non-league test against Rutherford (Panama City, FL)
