The Broken Bow Savages nipped the visiting Valliant Bulldogs basketball squad by a final score of 42-38 in Thursday's non-league outing.
Next, the Savages face the Hugo Buffaloes (Hugo, OK) in a Southeast Six outing, on Monday, February 17. Broken Bow will attempt to upgrade on its 18-6 season record. The Buffaloes enter the outing with a 5-11 record after their 52-45 non-league loss to Kingston (Kingston, OK).
The Bulldogs (13-11) will now prepare for their outing against Idabel (Idabel, OK). The Warriors enter the non-league outing with a 13-4 record. In their last outing, Idabel got by KIPP Tulsa University Prep (Tulsa, OK), 76-49, in a non-league outing.
