Providence Classical Christian Academy Panthers (St. Louis, MO) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Heartland Mustangs (Belton, MO), 53-50 in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers (12-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Christian Learning Center (Fort Scott, KS). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 12-12 record. In their last challenge, Christian Learning Center edged Overland Christian (Overland Park, KS), 56-45, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Aurora Christian Academy Arrows (Aurora, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 15. Heartland will attempt to improve on its 9-16 season record. The Arrows come into the challenge with a 10-11 record after their 69-37 non-league loss to Ozarks Christian Academy (West Plains, MO).
