Rapid City Christian Comets (Rapid City, SD) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Lead-Deadwood Golddiggers (Lead, SD), 74-54 in a league match.
With the victory, Rapid City Christian advances its record to 15-2 on the year. The Comets travel to Viborg/Hurley (Viborg, SD) to meet the Cougars in a non-league match on Saturday, February 15. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 18-1. Viborg/Hurley won 71-32 in their recent non-league test against Parker (Parker, SD)
The Golddiggers (7-11) will now prepare for their test against Little Wound (Kyle, SD). The Mustangs come into the non-league test with a 8-7 record.
