The Philip Scotties basketball squad (Philip, SD), was crushed 68-44 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Lyman Raiders (Presho, SD)
With the victory, Lyman advances its record to 13-5 on the year. The Raiders travel to Upton (Upton, WY) to meet the Bobcats in a non-league battle on Saturday, February 15. The Bobcats enter the battle with a record of 16-0.
The Scotties now own a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McCook Central/Montrose for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 15. Philip will meet a Fighting Cougars squad coming off a 74-56 non-league loss to Madison (Madison, SD). The Fighting Cougars record now stands at 8-9.
