The Tipton Tigers basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting Mediapolis Bulldogs to 60 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Tigers now possess a 13-10 record. They play next when they host West Branch for a River Valley game on Monday, February 17. Tipton will confront a Bears team coming off a 57-52 non-league loss to Solon (Solon, IA). The Bears record now stands at 10-12.

With the loss, Mediapolis falls to 12-10 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Cardinal (Eldon, IA) to confront the Comets in a non-league game on Monday, February 17. The Comets go into the game with a record of 2-19. Cardinal lost 69-23 in their recent non-league game against Keota (Keota, IA)
