In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Sacred Heart Eagles basketball team scored a big 72-33 win over the Ada-Borup/Norman County West Cougars.

The Eagles (17-5) will now prepare for their contest against Badger/Greenbush-Middle River (Badger, MN). The Gators come into the A Section 8 contest with a 14-9 record. In their last contest, Badger/Greenbush-Middle River smashed Win-E-Mac (Erskine, MN), 69-27, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Cougars battle the Barnesville Trojans (Barnesville, MN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 18. Ada-Borup/Norman County West will attempt to better on its 13-8 season record. The Trojans come into the contest with a 16-6 record after their 46-45 league win over Perham (Perham, MN).
