The Denfeld Hunters basketball squad (Duluth, MN), was outscored 56-37 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Aitkin Gobblers (Aitkin, MN)
With the victory, Aitkin advances its record to 19-8 on the year. The Gobblers travel to Greenway (Coleraine, MN) to meet the Raiders in a AA Section 7 battle on Tuesday, February 18. The Raiders enter the battle with a record of 3-21. Greenway lost 58-31 in their recent non-league battle against McGregor (McGregor, MN)
The Hunters now own a 5-20 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grand Rapids for a AAA Section 7 battle on Friday, February 21. Denfeld will meet a Thunderhawks squad coming off a 68-41 non-league loss to Esko (Esko, MN). The Thunderhawks record now stands at 3-27.
