The Kinta Eagles (Kinta, OK) basketball edged the host Battiest Panthers (Battiest, OK), 46-43 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 11-11 record. They play next when they host Whitesboro for a Rock Island bout on Saturday, February 15. Kinta will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 71-16 non-league win over Graham/Dustin (Weleetka, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-6.
With the loss, Battiest falls to 5-16 on the campaign.
