The Varnum Whippets (Seminole, OK) basketball crushed the host Butner Eagles (Cromwell, OK), 76-4 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Whippets now possess a 15-8 record. They play next when they travel to Macomb for a Little River bout on Saturday, February 15. Varnum will play a Hornets team coming off a 48-37 league win over Bowlegs (Bowlegs, OK). The Hornets record now stands at 12-12.

With the loss, Butner falls to 3-18 on the campaign.
