California High School Basketball - Saddleback can't get by La Sierra

The Saddleback Roadrunners basketball squad (Santa Ana, CA), was nudged 25-22 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host La Sierra Eagles (Riverside, CA)

With the victory, La Sierra advances its record to 8-11 on the year. The Eagles travel to Mary Star of the Sea (San Pedro, CA) to meet the Stars in a non-league battle on Saturday, February 15. The Stars enter the battle with a record of 12-12. Mary Star of the Sea won 51-15 in their recent non-league battle against Santa Clara (Oxnard, CA)

The Roadrunners now own a 6-19 record.

This game is a part of the 2025 CIF Southern Section Girls' Basketball Championships (California) - Division 5A tournament
