In Thursday's non-league contest, the Apalachee Wildcats (Winder, GA) soccer team routed the host Newton Rams (Covington, GA), by a count of 5-0.
Next, the Wildcats face the Providence Christian Academy Storm (Lilburn, GA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 18. Apalachee will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Storm enter the contest with a 1-1 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Walker (Marietta, GA).
The Rams (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Rockdale County (Conyers, GA). The Bulldogs enter the 6A Region 4 contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Rockdale County held off Salem (Conyers, GA), 8-0, in a non-league contest.
