In Thursday's non-league outing, the host West Forsyth Wolverines soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 victory over the Marist War Eagles.
The Wolverines (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Harrison (Kennesaw, GA). The Hoyas go into the non-league outing with a 3-0 record. In their last outing, Harrison got by River Ridge (Woodstock, GA), 4-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the War Eagles confront the Harrison Hoyas (Kennesaw, GA) in a non-league outing, on Friday, February 21. Marist will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
