The Ridge Point Panthers overwhelmed the visiting Bay City Blackcats softball squad by a count of 12-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Panthers meet the Brewer Bears (Fort Worth, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 14. Ridge Point will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record. The Bears go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 12-7 non-league loss to Red Oak (Red Oak, TX).
The Blackcats (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against HCYA (Houston, TX). The go into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, HCYA was routed by Oak Ridge (Conroe, TX), 10-0, in a non-league challenge.
