The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Lubbock Westerners (Lubbock, TX) and the host Randall Raiders (Amarillo, TX), observed Lubbock's softball team get by Randall by a tally of 10-5.

The Westerners (3-2) will now prepare for their bout against Borger (Borger, TX). The Bulldogs go into the non-league bout with a 0-4 record. In their last bout, Borger was routed by Tascosa (Amarillo, TX), 11-7, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Raiders clash with the Monterey Plainsmen (Lubbock, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 14. Randall will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record.
